Actually, the tags on Pixiv seem to suggest that the girl in yellow Keine.

Following the tags, wouldn't this be the Sendai Miko and not Reimu.

I think the artist is just making the Hakurei line go Reimu(pc98)->Sendai->Reimu.
Some take pc98 Reimu as a different character than Reimu, maybe because ZUN used the old version on the kanji back then 靈 instead of 霊, so I guess it could be a case of Reimu having the same name than grandmother (according to this artist)
