I have never understood the appeal of painting your nails. From what I have seen, most males do not think it adds anything to a girl's appeals and for some it frankly lowers the appeal.
If it is fun, fair enough, but from my personal perspective it really doesn't look good on girls. But I am the kind of person that even finds manicured male nails to be a bit too far.
