    September 10, 2013 ... Final Message

    The grand story that began from a small idea has finally come to an end. I feel like I've been having a very long dream.

    If I hadn't forgotten to stop the domain registration, the site wouldn't be here today. Thanks to that, I, as Atelier Izumi, was able to distribute more works, so that was good.

    The domain will expire on November 7th and this site will disappear automatically. This time, the site will be permanently closed. For everyone who stayed with us until now, there are really no words I can use to express my thanks.

    However, there are still things I want to make, things I haven't done... but for here and for now, I think I will take a break from Atelier Izumi. So, until the day comes when I have the same dream again, thank you all so very much.

    Here's the context:

    Atelier Izumi was a site that produced several fan works of Yume Nikki, such as music arranges and fan games.

    The site abruptly took down its contents and works around the end of year 2011, and eventually shut down early 2012. But the domain was accidentally renewed later that year, and the site owner decided to keep the site around for another year or so. The owner posted some afterwords about the fan works, and very recently, re-uploaded downloadable fan games with some updates. I guess the owner realized that people really liked and appreciated them.

    I recommend those fan games, by the way; they're pretty fun.

    Well actually, the site owner now decided to mirror the site and the games in (site).net now studioizumi.com.
