Everything in parentheses (Reitaisai SP 2, doujinshi, Touhou, non-erotic) is a tag, not part of the title. Similarly, the part in brackets (Hontoinu, as opposed to Usoneko) is the creator name. The title is still "Nanka Chikkoi No" ("Rather Tiny").
