This is the version I'll be voting for, I think. I like the personality she shows with her different expressions, I like her side ponytail, I like her uniform, and I like the fact that she only somewhat resembles Roll (the way Beck kinda looks like Rock/Mega, but is clearly a different design altogether). The fan-favorite Call-F is just too close to the "real" Roll, and I do worry that she could bring the wrath of Capcom Legal down on the whole project if that's the one they go with.

(Sadly, my real first choice -- Call-B, the one who looked sort of like Norimaki Arale -- didn't make the finals.)

I don't think Crapcom will sue.
Rather, I don't think Crapcom can sue. In my limited knowledge of law it seems pretty rigid when it comes to copyright infringement. You need to be blatantly using someone else's design in order for it to count as infringement, and in this case F (and all of the other Call designs for that matter) are the own personal designs of whoever drew them.
If you put any of the nine Call designs next to Roll, you would be able to see differences. In addition to that, with the co-op and Call-only stage stretch goals funded we know that Call is an action girl while Roll was a simple maid robot with no combat abilities.
Honestly, regardless which Call we end up with in the end, if Crapcom decides to sue anyway I will personally fund Comcept's defence. 'Cos I don't think Crapcom is that stupid.

Also, I personally don't like E's design, she looks a little too sexualised - like Panty (psg).
Maybe it's just because she resembles Panty.

I disagree; nothing about her resembles Panty.
The only thing I see is that she's drawn in a PSG style.

Just to note, there was originally additional material for this character but for the contest they had removed the bottom portion which apparently depicted her with alternative hairstyles and costumes.

From the stream these were the artists that were identified:
C was by Kimo Kimo (Comcept) [was a close competitor for 3rd place]
D was by Keiji Inafune (Comcept)
E was by Hideki Ishikawa (Freelance) [2nd place]
F was by Yuuji Natsume (Inti Creates) [1st place]
H was by Shinsuke Komaki (Comcept) [3rd place]

    Any other artists mentioned?

The list of artists mentioned (copy and pasted from Kickstarter): Yuuji Natsume (Inti Creates), Hirokatsu Maeda (Inti Creates), Yoshitaka Hatakeyama (Inti Creates), Yuuta Watanabe (Inti Creates), Makoto Yabe / KOU (Freelance), Kimo Kimo (Comcept), Shinsuke Komaki (Comcept), Hideki Ishikawa (Freelance), and Keiji Inafune (Comcept).

So the ones that weren't linked to their designs yet are Hirokatsu Maeda, Yoshitaka Hatakeyama, Yuuta Watanabe, and Makoto Yabe / KOU.
