As with the last one, it mostly depends on the world you're in. In Digimon, BWG has the edge here due to the dramon killers it wields. In pokemon, however, it depends entirely on how you type BWG. Is is Dragon/Steel? Is he Dark/Steel? Fire/Dragon? It really depends. My money, though is on Dragon/Dark, so I'll go with that. In that case, these two are more evenly matched.
On neutral ground, though, I'd have to give BWG a slight edge. Dragon typing is actually a bad thing for this matchup, so I'm sorry Charizard fans, but in finally giving MCX that typing it deserved, it kinda puts it at a disadvantage against the WarGreymon family of mons.

Thank you... lost third member of Death battle....
EDIT: I'm gonna regret getting into this but.. what if MCX has dragon claw? or learns Dragon rush?
Is terra destroyer / gaia force a dark attack, a ground attack or a dragon attack, bacase if it's dragon, then BWG can one hit kill MCX with it (ala draco meteor). For anything else, I think that BWG has the advantage here because he learns dragon claw, tho we dont really know his typing, so MCX could have also have a super effective move

Totally late in the reply, but I think that by digimon standards, it's a dragon family attack, so to translate it to Pokmeon would likely make it dragon typing.

Well that depends on the material, there is an alternate version of the attack Poseidon force that is entirely water based with just as much destructive power. Then again I haven't peered into digimon and pokemon for years in a while, I could totally be wrong about this.
