As a fellow person with a fear of heights I totally understand what he went through. There are times where you think you can overcome the fear and do something you'd like. In fact this exact thing happened to me on a ferris wheel, but MINE WAS ONLY ABOUT 30 FEET AND A FEW MINUTES I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW IT WAS FOR TANI TAKESHI!

Heights. Oh how I hated it.
The Tokyo Sky Tower made me have nightmares for a month. I can feel what Tani-san feels.
