It's an official CG from the game, though given the resolution, the orgin of the image here is probably from an artbook scan or something like that. Or alternatively, someone did a pretty good job in their resizing.

Actually, if I remember right (been a while since I last played the game) this is the standard res Ever17 uses when you save images. The couple of CG I saved myself all have this resolution.
