From the artist's twitter, evidently he lost his Houshou while working on the Ironbottom Sound event's E3 area.

I can understand wanting to do this to E-4's boss but not E-3' boss.

He lost his HOUSHOU. You know, the loving, compassionate mother carrier that always takes care of everyone? Yeah, he lost HER. I would be pissed as hell too.
