Maybe but in terms of Madoka comparisons, this is more applicable.

You can't just give them a one to one comparison

Homura has elements of Takatora, but acts as a secondary character

Kyoko takes from Ouja and Kaito (same ideology, spear (for Kaito), the snake metaphor from one of the episodes, etc.)

Each of the characters have similarities, but are not completely the same.
