What I especially like about Setz' work is that there's often more than one joke in each strip and a lot of extremely subtle references, if you can find them.

I absolutely love this. As someone who reads and writes a quite a lot I often find myself randomly thinking up terrible puns that shouldn't be funny to anyone, but somehow are to me. These jokes are supposed to be "so bad they're good", but I feel they're just plain good.

Also how great of Setz to point out a translator here. It's like a reward for budokas hard work.

Lastly the emotion in Setz faces is expert. Eirins serious/tired expression is perfect. Also Reisens face in the second strip third panel would make a great avatar.

Eirin's face screams "I'm not paid enough for this sh*t".

It sure is. Not that it feels like a very hard work. I believe vatas, UselessYoukai, Mamizou, Higusan, njinx and everyone else I probably have forgotten deserve just as much credit for theirs. Not to mention all the excellent translators of Moonspeak here.
