Apparently, 天丼 is slang for reusing a joke. (No, I don't know why. <<)

Best I can find is that it stems from the food dish usually having two shrimp (i.e., a repeated ingredient) on top. Of course, I can't verify the accuracy of the sites which claim that, so take it as you will.

I found this translation problem cropped up before in post #715761, and I liked how the translator handled it, so I've tweaked the translation here to reflect that instance.
