Don't quite get the reference with 'Magnificent Hole', and I just went through an Ice Cavern a few days ago in Ocarina of Time. However, I wouldn't mind exploring a bomb shelter...

If you want to go into a bomb shelter, just take a trip to the Capital or the Mojave. Plenty of bomb shelters there.

A wind tunnel would be nice to visit as long as the fans weren't turned on.

Also I'd explore ALL of those things. Just try not to slip in the ice cavern.
