That being said, it would make sense for Rinnosuke to exchange stuff, since he doesn't have any money.
Lone Wanderer is lucky. If other two vault dwellers could find their way to Kourindou, getting a water chip or a few G.E.C.K.s from Rinnosuke wouldn't be a problem.
