Artist's commentary
Boy did the homage to Gundam and Yuusha series caught me by surprise. It was one of the rare occasions where I knew what the homage was about. KILL la KILL show respect to many other series and movie titles quite often, but a good amount of the time the homage or parody is just too old for me to relate with.
