yeah in the early 42-43, the Panzer IV already has the long barreled 7.5mm and with Tiger and Panther rolling into the eastern front the KV-1 is already obsolete and the T-34 is more favorable. They started developing the IS tank during that time which is also one hell of a beast with its 122mm.
