Hiryuu, 飛龍 "Flying Dragon" - which also happens to be Dragonite's type (well, in reverse) Plus the aforementioned color theme.
Don't forget Dragonite's Japanese name "Kairyuu" カイリュー, which definitely holds more reason why she is a Dragonite here instead of other flying dragons like Salamence or Altaria.
