Judging from the way the swell of her left breast occludes her arm, it does seem that Minoriko is indeed quite the bountiful harvest goddess here. "Larger than normal", though, may be a bit more subjective - certainly Hammer has explored the subject before, especially in the context of Shizuha being less gifted.
