Sadly, Inazuma seems to get the worst of them. Or it's just how her normally timid personality is total twist fuel.

Samidare, Murakumo, Fubuki and Sazanami, I haven't seen many of them as starter ship in doujins. I myself haven't been able to play the game for there is never a server, even though I got a slot. SO, yeah, I think the chance Inazuma gets terrible ones are high.

I already read a few Murakumo doujins, since she is that typical tsundere girl... Still I feel unhappy that I hadn't see any Samidare or Sazanami doujins around.

That's because Fubuki is boring, and Sazanami is too much of a goofball to make how shitty the Admiral behaves be funny. It takes someone who takes themselves seriously to be the straight-man (straight-musu?) to a shitty admiral.

Murakumo can work, but as a tusndere, people more want to ship her with a jerk rather than just see her constantly abused. (Although Shino's Akebono comic proves you can work it with any tsundere...)

Samidare COULD work, but I think Inazuma is much more popular, (and cutesy,) so it has more impact having her treated like shit (and making her gradually go from shy and sweet to nano-DEATH!)

She's in nearly the same situation as Inazuma, but wants to kill the other ship girls who routinely sabotage the team, rather than her useless commander.

Too bad we're getting Fubuki as the main heroine for the upcoming anime. Unless it's a bait-and-switch, of course...

Neromasin's Fubuki is the best Fubuki flagship doujin so far in my list.

And Neromasin's Fubuki is somewhat too far from how I image Fubuki to be.

Well, the question was "why does Inazuma get the shitty admirals?"

The fact that Neromasin's Fubuki is the only one where I saw Fubuki with a shitty admiral, and, as you say, the author somewhat warped the character of Fubuki from the norm to do it, it kind of proves my point that Inazuma's character is more suited to being paired with a shitty admiral.

Not that Inazuma's character doesn't get a bit warped turning into Plasma-chan, but it's happened enough times now that people just sort of accept it. (Like Yuyuko being the hungry ghost instead of the mysterious schemer she was supposed to be...)

Well, I guess Bukki's getting more love as a starter now.
