Marisa and Rinnosuke have one. They don't know how it works let alone knowing how to use it.
I know, that's what the 'pretty much' was for. But I always thought the ones those two have are those bulky Windows 98(or maybe a PC-98:P) comps or something along those lines, not something that could handle a DVD, but maybe that's just me. Besides, for them to even work you also need electricity(aka that fusion reactor) which I doubt a lot of people have access to. Frankly the only people I can realistically see even being interested in and capable of using one are Sanae and propably some Kappa. Maybe include Yukari in that list if you want. And I believe only one of those would be interested in video games. So yeah, waste of potential.

We maybe thinking about this the wrong way. Since Yukari is the protagonist then this is the way she is spiriting away the human outsiders into Gensoukyo.
