Well have to keep in mind. Most people in Japan cannot tell the difference between one bird over the other. After all they mistake Ravens as Crows. Though they are in the same family. They are different.
So to see an artist using a Bald Eagle is easy to understand. As typically when people think Eagle. Always think of the Bald Eagle. Unless we are talking about nations that have AN Eagle as a National Bird can say there are different species.
