Given the size of this ship, the size of its main battery (460 mm or 18.1 in), and my dim recollection of IJN warship names in kanji, I would hazard a guess this is supposed to Yamato's sister-ship Musashi (武蔵) modernized in much the same way the Iowa-class battleships were IRL.

No idea how they managed to put an extra 6 knots into her top speed (33.5 knots up from 27.5).

You replace the engines with more efficient and lighter ones and replace the old radio towers and range finders with newer and lighter ones

Or rather, in a manner similar to the much more extensive modernization that was considered for the Iowas, complete with AEGIS and VLS launchers, but was ultimately rejected as too impractical.

Fuso National Defense Navy, Yamato-class battleship "Musashi"
Built as the second battleship of the Yamato-class, "Musashi" served as the flagship of the 1st Fleet until the fourth battleship "Kii" was put into service. However, in 1967, due to the reduction of the defense budget and the inauguration of the successor "Zao" type battlecruisers, the "Kii" became a commemorative ship in Yokosuka, and "Musashi" was sent to the mothball fleet. However, the Navy's first large-scale nuclear-powered aircraft carrier was planned with the conclusion of the global prolific safety agreement in the late 1970s, this ship and the "Kii" were brought out of retirement and played a role in the next-generation aircraft carrier task force. During the modern refurbishment at the time, the Aegis system was installed and the main gun was replaced with a 460mm 60 caliber gun, and the engine was converted to COGAG propulsion. During the Gulf War, she was deployed in the Persian Gulf as a member of the Middle East dispatch fleet including "Yoryu" and Shinano" as the cornerstone of the fleet and defense and acted as the main naval gunfire support along with the "Iowa" class and the "Zao" battlecruisers.
    Weapons: 460mm/60 caliber 3x 203mm quick-firing guns 4x 76mm quick-firing guns 8x Mk46 VLS (122 cells + 183 cells) Harpoon launchers 4x 20mm CIWS 6x
