The newest CIV V downloadable leader, Harald Bluetooth - The badass Danish King that has a wireless specification named after him! His realm also included Norway. The thing in the background is his Runic Stone in Jelling.
His theme gave me chills, CHILLS. Aside from him not having dark hair, all in all pretty awesome.
