B1 will become a helluvalot better when the multi-gun system comes out. Top that with its already-good armor for tier 4 standards and you have something that could rival the Matilda.
It would probably be no higher than tier 2. It was an early tank from the Sino-Japanese war before it expanded into the second world war. It only has high explosive amunition and would be useless against anything of a higher tier. It also only does about 20 km/h, unlike what the show would have you believe.
