This would have to be related to the earlier "Tea of Sagittarius" series that this artist did. The Haruhi in that work transformed Kyon into a girl, and then progressively became more bonkers with regards to sex.

With nothing but sex on the brain, Haruhi suddenly got the thought that, (because Kyonko is basically modeled on Haruhi, and sounds the same,) Kyonko must be recording "her"self so that she can hear "Haruhi's voice" saying dirty things. (Sort of like how only a thief is constantly thinking about how easily all they have can be stolen.)

Using deduction, Kyonko knew that because Haruhi started talking about how much Kyonko must want CDs with dirty voice recordings on them, and thought about it to the detail of how to hide it from her family, then obviously Haruhi has dirty recordings she's hiding in her own bag.

Basically, "The lady doth protest too much, methinks."

(On an unrelated note, go Yuki! And wow, Mikuru ignoring Haruhi to listen to Kyon...)

I gathered that much, it was more the Nagato tackling Haruhi at Kyon's command, and (is that Mikuru or Itsuki? I can't tell) also readily following her directions that surprised me.

It's Mikuru defying an order from Haruhi to listen to Kyonko.

Basically, Haruhi in this plotline has devolved enough into a sex fiend that the others aren't really listening to her anymore. (Or in other words, canon REALLY doesn't apply.) Yuki and Mikuru are also more aggressive. (Especially after Mikuru started getting turned on by being the "big sister" to Kyonko.)

Edit: It's also the case that, since Kyonko is the sexual victim here more often than not, basically taking Mikuru's place as a target of Haruhi, Mikuru has a lot less reason to be nervous around Kyonko, and feel more defensive towards her. Maybe Yuki's also feeling big-sisterish? I just LOL at the full-body tackle Yuki immediately flies into.

I am glad to see there is still some life in this series

Actually, these pages were done back in 2009 and just not translated until now. The author is currently working on an original series called Species Domain, which seems to be in the 'western fantasy races attending modern day Japanese high school' genre.
