That would be Wriggle's reaction. Normally one's reaction to catching another character doing something embarrassing is restrained or outright laughter. Wriggle is terrified - rightly or wrongly, she's clearly thinking "oh god, I just saw Yuuka do something embarrassing, and now she's going to make sure I never tell another soul."
Whether this actually is "nice knowing you" or not, it's definitely Wriggle thinking "nice knowing me".
