Satsuki will end up having her modifications she always wanted done to her and she will be able to match up to those she tried to reach, as a Shinkaisei, of course.

did you forget that to find a host for the Shimakaze class they literally went through, as in killed, dozens of girls? And Shimakaze herself was pointed out as having an American parent, so it may be just a historical joke or she was a normal human before this
