I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that Ushio's putting up a "I love everyone, and want to be better friends with all of them" note, because she's written in this series to give people a toothache.

Anyway, I have no idea how to tag those decorations or the paper notes or anything like that, so, if someone who knows could help...

Can someone please check the translation? Especially the dialects and tones of these wishes.

tanzaku are those notes you write tanabata wishes on.
