Every poor&hungry character who dreams of eating meat will call it "oniku".

Yes, I'm sure. Dictionaries on jisho.org and tangorin.com both list "flesh" as its primary definition. It does also mean "meat". Rumia is a man-eater, so her using it to mean either thing makes perfect sense.
The o- prefix just shows that meat is a food she likes. I'm aware of the fact that it gets thrown around a lot when talking about food.
Except she's not, right? I'm 100% positive about cato's Rumia at least. Edgy man-eating is not his kind of joke/thing.
