I believe she doesn't have any ill intent on the guy. It's imposssible for Reisen not to be able to control her powers. She's just want this to be more romantic, that's why she asked him to look into her yes. So I think the guy will be just fine.

i agree her expression doesn't seem harmful in any way? i don't know if she has full control of her powers? but if she does have control i am pretty sure that it is in off mode?
