Funnily enough, there was a guy, a French "humorist" called Michael Youn who woke up his girlfriend by screaming at her with a megaphone, just for a TV show. No surprise, she later dumped him.
Moral of the story : don't scream at people to wake them up. It's efficient, but it makes them a little grouchy.
