Expansion packs don't usually contain stories about the MC being slain. Even the Tsukihime one only had it as a joke.

Flan is not a joke. If he flirts after the last incident, he DESERVES a bad end as Flan wouldn't be overreacting but seeing her fears confirmed and responding.
