Well, you only get 1 free ring in the game, but you CAN marry more than 1 girl. As noticed that Hiei also has a ring too. It should also be assumed that all the Kongou sisters probably have a ring. It's not so much who married the Admiral, it's more who is his "favorite".

And if you take the other story into account, he did mention about preparing another ring for Nagatsuki.

If you look carefully at a lot of the pages, quite a number of the girls has a ring.

Yeah, this admiral is apparently Tenchi Warbucks - spending out massive cash for the chance to marry absolutely all of them.

(Also, hoping that we'll see some Hibiki/Inazuma/Ikazuchi 2komas after this, as it seems like kouji was going in a pattern...)

I wouldn't want to face this guy in PvP that's for sure. He probably has a full fleet of level 100+ girls.
