I've finally gotten around to retroactively uploading the whole backlog. Now it's just daily updates. (And thanks translators for when you get to these, too. Must get Paracite more translatium...)

Out of curiosity, is this author's handwriting poor, or does he use difficult kanji? I notice that this series gets translated partially in many of its comics, and there are frequent gaps even when all of the comics are uploaded in a batch like this.
Or is this series just one where people who don't know kanji like to put up what partials they can?

As for me, I'm like the 2nd case you said.
I can try searching the meaning of each kanji through various website but that will take too much time. Especially when they're too many kanji like here.
Moreover, since English isn't my first language, I tried to not make any grammatical error.
I still added what I know for others that might take over to finish the translation.
Other than that, I can do one with less kanji like this one
It sure as hell is better than tondas. But I got no issue reading it. I just haven't been translating this one much (yet). I read handwritten Japanese every day, so it's not so bad for me.

In my case, yes. Sometimes, I can do extra effort in translating because I like it or I'm curious about what's going to happen next.
