Well, if killing the body doesn't work, aim for the mind or the soul.
Also, what with that thin white line in Reisen's eyes?
Insufficient tolerance on the Wand tool (or a forgotten step to expand the selection by a pixel or two) when selecting the interior of her eyes to fill in with flat black.

Anti-aliasing's a bitch on quick-and-lazy single-layer works.

Why wouldn't he use the brush tool instead? I doubt he failed to notice it.

Depends on the angle of your screen (presuming it's LCD) as to whether it's visible enough to notice. I had to change the angle on my own screen to see the line. I've found a Wand tool + Fill command provides more combined accuracy and efficiency than using Brush to fill in a large area. You could make the brush large and risk coloring where you don't want it, or scoot a smaller one over the fill-in area, which would take a bit longer. (You could also Wand and use the Brush tool, but that risks the same problems if your Wand tolerance is off and you don't compensate.)
Eeee
