Wow, Tatsuta's seen a lot of unfortunate incidents. But I thought the Tomozuru incident happened later...

Freddy has a comic for the 43rd Submarine Incident as well as a mini-series for the 4th Fleet/Tomozuru Incident. The latter ended fairly well, the former was quite tragic and left an impact on Tatsuta in the 4th Fleet story.

So is Freddy trying to explain about the halo of Tatsuta in his perspective here?
