If you scanned them, I believe you should type the title of the publication they were scanned from (and page number if possible) in the source box, then set these images as the parents of the lower resolution ones taken from Pixiv (the one for this image is linked as the Exact Match in Raising's botcomment). If you didn't scan them, I assume the source should be where you got them from.
