Fortunately, so far it's just Anglerfish Team.

The teams tend to move as cliques, so you can keep track of them fairly easily. When in doubt, search Girls und Panzer as it lists basically every character. Official character sheets pool here. Team roster (Oorai only) here.

Miho got that right... the best way to fight a battleship as a tank is to fight it at point blank range while the latter is (hopefully) docked (as demonstrated by a particularly ballsy Tiger tank against the Strasbourg) so that it can't depress its guns low enough to hit you.

(Granted, the Strasbourg's guns weren't manned and its crew were too busy setting demolition charges to scuttle the ship, but they still can't hit the tanks regardless.)

Of course, this is like catching your AK-47 wielding opponent pants down with a dinky knife in your hand, so it's not going to happen unless you get to set the terms of engagement, which Miho did. Also, tank guns couldn't penetrate the armor of a battleship anyway, so the most they can do is to wreck deck equipment and kill turret crew with anti-personnel/spaling rounds.

Unfortunately none of this work against Kancolle ships, as their guns can swivel freely and their vulnerable spots are too small to be targeted accurately with a tank, and battleships still have battleship grade armor.

Still, Miho's tank might be able to knock out some fairies manning the equipment. Might.

You could do damage to the superstructure (provided your own turret could reach up that high, or that you could hit some sort of ramp to put your tank at an angle), such that you could knock out the bridge or radar systems, which would not be insignificant damage, if not damage that would sink a ship. (Or in shipgirl terms, "AIM FOR THE EYES, BOO! AIM FOR THE EYES! RAAAAASK!")

Honestly, any time I think about getting in under a turret, I always think about games like Rogue Squadron, where the only good way to take out turrets was to fly "look out for that pebble in the road!" low to the ground since they couldn't aim below their own elevation.

... That or potato fights.

Anyway, this one seems odd to me, since Miho isn't acting very Miho-ish. Canon!Miho would never be angrily shouting at Yukari or standing with a triumphant arms-akimbo stance while injured. (That's more Anzu or Katyusha territory.) She's too shy to act in such a manner.

For vehicles that never advanced from the planning stage, the League will decide on their eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

I don't think so. That thing is so big it's more of a base on wheels rather than a tank.

First time see Hisahiko draw Yamato and Musashi.

Decided to try to calculations using WoT stats...and sadly the poor Panzer IV can't pen the 410mm armor yamato and musashi carry for side armor. Hell, the only thing in the entire game that can go above it is one of the German T10 TDs firing Gold Rounds with 420mm pen.

As for penetration, the Gustav Dora can rain HE hell down on the deck, as could a KV-2, but it would take a Landcruiser to harm a battleship.

Bad decission, yukari! Uranium shell is just 40% depleted, not fully depleted. You'll pack it in tank armor like M1 or whatever, stay away from that thing.

But you need all the Rail and Flak disposition for Schwerer Gustav and it was designed for shoot Fortress and Yamato & Musashi are moving target
