The other timeline was a "What if" the Admiral had a child with Sakuya. As far as this one is concerned, I'm sure they had the normal Sakuya we all know and love.

Then why would they need to hire Saki, and wouldn't she have had something to say about her alternate timeline daughter?

It takes a village to raise a child,and they just had a twins,so they're gonna need all the help they could get.And the position might be a temp until the twins grows a bit more.

As for Sakuya,well...I think we haven't saw her yet,so she could've quit some times ago,possibly to married some guy instead of this timeline's admiral.
Or she could still be hanging around,and we just don't see her reaction to her "daughter" (yet?).

But where did he get the blood for the coffee from?

Now you're getting mixed up and trying to combine the 2 timelines together. One is what if, he did not screw Sakuya at all here. He only has 3 kids.
