This girl is not Furude Rika. She is actually Arisaka Matsuri, a miko from the H-game "Yuibashi," made by the same company who later gave us "Happiness!".

If you are sure, then FIX IT.

If you can 100% confirm this, then be my guest and adjust the tags accordingly. The source from where I lifted this image from evidently thought this was Rika and this was what I obviously assumed as well. After doing a quick google search of this particular character and only finding a single image of her in the first result, I'm still not entirely sure.
