I catch and release. I use a Phantump to frisk for items, catch them with Repeat Balls without dealing damage to them, and release them back into the wild after I get the Heart Scale from them. No WT. That's about as humane as you can get, I think.

What I think the artist is saying: Heart Scales can be collected without killing Luvdisc.

What I see here: This looks like an all-you-can-eat buffet for Sharpedo!
