Wouldn't be surprised if she was. If you think about it, she has a lot of potential to be one of the most overpowered characters in the mythos. I mean, she already has the Sharingan. She'll probably also have Sakura's perfect chakra control. And since both her parents are considered intellectuals, she'll probably be a genius too. Think Kakashi time ten, without the laziness and obsession with smut books.
