Honestly, when it zoomed in on the Shitty Admiral's chair I was expecting Shitty Admiral to actually be behind the chair, again.

It wasn't his chair, the chair's Takao's, this is her office. Note the lack of Akebono smiling beautifully photo(which I hope Shino never forgets, if that office ever shows up again, it was such a great picture).
