I'm not entirely sure about that artist tag...for the record.

I recently finished reading the entire 14 years worth of YKK manga in just a few weeks... I don't remember this scene. Not to say this couldn't be from some promotional material I never saw, but it doesn't really look like Ashinano's style. The eyes and hands especially are telltale.

Looks like fan art to me. The background looks rather modern and I don't recall Ashinano drawing structures and/or foliage with this style.
