Before they revamped the categories it was simply "SLG" which I thought was military simulation. That was dumb.

I have a feeling alot of non-players are going to try to make a new account, and win the lottery, only to find out "WTF, this isn't a dating sim!"

Not to ruin the fun, but I couldn't actually find that line on the page in commentary though. It says "艦隊育成シミュレーション", roughly "fleet training simulator", not "date sim".

I just opened the page in English. It says "love simulation" for genre.
