I always figured a Re-class hull would look something like this; just a battleship with flight decks bolted to either side.

Not if it is under a powerful high-tech empire-

The funny thing is that Kiev is still more powerful! Even the monster of ship that Re would be pale before some of Kiev's options. Especially Since Kiev had a number of nuke tipped weapons onboard
