Most of the time, we work with pork a lot so basking it in soy sauce is almost routine at my place. But since we're talking about beef, the only thing you'll need on it is some pepper after you're done grilling it. Tare sauce sounds interesting (never tried it yet) so I might also go with that.
Going out to eat, splurging slightly, and then hating what you get really is just the worst.
