Well, they are reusing records from the game like fan made videos in NicoNico.
The fan video that arrange their game lines and made it sound like Kaga is having night battle with Zuikaku is hillarious though.

Actually, they're reusing the voice actors from the game, not just the sound bites. Those lines were probably placed there to showcase that fact.
