Hmm... a really interesting take. I agree with the artist, that Koume would have a small bust and keep the hair over one eye look, but given she's the horror girl idol, I think she'd let her hair grow out a lot longer. Like Sadako from the Ring. Maybe that's too cliche though...
It would be neat though. An older Koume would lose the "innocence" of not knowing why her blood and violence obsession freaks out others. She'd still be a horror fanatic and talk to ghosts, but aware of the reasons it freaks people out.
