Guessing, it's probably 轢く
Wordplay of 挽く (hiku - grind) and 轢く (hiku - run over (with car)
Akitsumaru then say RJ can't do that without driving license (which interestingly, 免 is the right side of 挽 ^^; )

Hopefully the wordplay remains intact...

Acording to "D-Frag", if you are raised by someone who Tsukkomi often then you yourself will allways Tsukkomi no matter how much you try otherwise.
